
Keto Chocolate Granola

Delicious chocolate, keto, vegan, gluten-free granola that is super easy to make and packed with protein and healthy fat.
Ingredients
- 100g (3.5oz) flax seed
- 100g (3.5oz) sunflower seeds
- 100g (3.5oz) almonds, roughly chopped
- 100g (3.5oz) cashews, roughly chopped
- 100g (3.5oz) pumpkin seeds
- 50g coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Canderel green (erythritol & stevia)
- 30g coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150C/300F
- Melt the coconut oil, add the maple syrup and the Canderel green
- Place the seeds and nuts into a large bowl, add the coconut oil mixture and stir well.
- Place the mixture on a baking paper on a large oven tray and bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool and put it in an airtight container.
Notes
This is a very easy and nutritious granola to make, that provides a delicious nutty and cocolate flavour, without all the added sugar.
