Healthy gluten-free, low-carb/keto & vegan-friendly protein balls
Ingredients
- 180g (6.4oz) almond flour
- 100g (3.5oz) blueberries
- 100g (3.5oz) almond milk
- 100g (3.5 oz) sparkling water
- 3 tbsp tahini paste
- 60g (2.1) milled flax seeds
- 30g Canderel green (erythritol & stevia)
- 20g vegan protein powder
- 2 heaped tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees fan
2. Place 6 cupcake papers into a muffin tray
3. Combine all the ingredients, then roll into 6 balls, and place into the cupcake holders
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
