Healthy gluten-free, low-carb/keto & vegan-friendly protein balls

Ingredients

  • 180g (6.4oz) almond flour
  • 100g (3.5oz) blueberries
  • 100g (3.5oz) almond milk
  • 100g (3.5 oz) sparkling water
  • 3 tbsp tahini paste
  • 60g (2.1) milled flax seeds
  • 30g Canderel green (erythritol & stevia)
  • 20g vegan protein powder
  • 2 heaped tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees fan

2. Place 6 cupcake papers into a muffin tray

3. Combine all the ingredients, then roll into 6 balls, and place into the cupcake holders

4. Bake for 20 minutes.

This is a super easy and delicious snack or breakfast meal you can make anytime, which contains 14.3g of protein and only 6g of net carbohydrates, making it gluten-free and low-carb friendly.
