Try this delicious and easy to make keto & paleo-friendly gluten-free bread for guilt-free low-carb options.

Ingredients

  • 200g (7oz or 2 cups) almond flour
  • 5 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic/sea salt
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees fan
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together
  3. Add the whisked eggs, vinegar and oil and mix well
  4. Place baking paper into a bread tin
  5. Pour the dough into the bread tin and bake for 30 minutes (or insert a knife, and if it comes out clean, the bread is ready).

Notes

This is a super easy, healthy gluten-free paleo bread that can be whisked together. With only 1.6g of net carbs per slice, it's also perfect for anyone following a keto diet. One slice also contains 8.4g of protein, so suitable for weight-loss programs or vegetarians trying to increase their protein intake.
