What plan is best suited for me?
If you are curious about what it is that we do and do not want to commit to a long-term programme, try an initial and a follow up consultation first, and we can always suggest more sessions after that if the case is more complex. If you have a small issue you would like to work on, the silver pack is perfect, which includes 2 sessions. If you are looking at more long-term support with hormonal, food intolerances or sensitivities or autoimmune disease, the gold pack is more suitable to you. The platinum package can be implemented if you need more sessions including health coaching in a weight loss programme for example. Can I switch to a different plan?
Yes, this is no problem, as long as the balance of the fees is paid if you are upgrading, or refunded if you are downgrading.
Is my information confidential?
Any information you share is kept private according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) regulations.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds can be issued for any sessions that haven’t taken place, as long as the client notifies the practitioner 24 hours before the consultation. No refund for consultations that have occurred can be issued. No refunds can be issued if the results of the consultations do not meet expectations.
When do the packages expire?
Packages will expire within one year.
