A delicious and easy breakfast bowl that is nutrient-dense and packed with healthy protein and fats to keep you satiated until lunch.

Ingredients

  • 100g (3.5oz) sliced apple
  • 100g (3.5oz) Greek yoghurt (or plant-based alternative)
  • 40g (1.4oz) Seed & Dry Fruit Muesli (see recipe below)
  • Sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients with the Seed & Dry Fruit Muesli and enjoy.
