Keto Chocolate Granola

Delicious chocolate, keto, vegan, gluten-free granola that is super easy to make and packed with protein and healthy fat.

Ingredients

  • 100g (3.5oz) flax seed
  • 100g (3.5oz) sunflower seeds
  • 100g (3.5oz) almonds, roughly chopped
  • 100g (3.5oz) cashews, roughly chopped
  • 100g (3.5oz) pumpkin seeds
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Canderel green (erythritol & stevia)
  • 30g coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150C/300F
  2. Melt the coconut oil, add the maple syrup and the Canderel green
  3. Place the seeds and nuts into a large bowl, add the coconut oil mixture and stir well.
  4. Place the mixture on a baking paper on a large oven tray and bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Let cool and put it in an airtight container.

Notes

This is a very easy and nutritious granola to make, that provides a delicious nutty and cocolate flavour, without all the added sugar.
