A delicious gluten-free, low-carb, keto granola bowl with blueberries and Greek yoghurt that is packed with protein and healthy antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 150g (5.3oz or 2/3 cup) Greek yoghurt
  • 60g (2.1oz or 1/2 cup) Blueberries
  • 40g (1.4oz or 1/2 cup) Keto granola (see recipe below)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, combine with the keto granola (see recipe) and serve.

Notes

Anthocyanins found in blueberries have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, leading to a decreased risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, better weight management and neuro-protection. Additionally, the phyto-chemicals in blueberries feed gut microbiota, thereby improving intestinal health.
