Mint Yoghurt/ Tzatziki

A fresh and delicious mint Yoghurt Sauce perfect to pair with Moroccan or Greek dishes

Ingredients

  • 200g (7oz or 3/4 cup) Greek yoghurt
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic and set aside for 10 minutes
  2. Finely chop the mint
  3. In a bowl combine the yoghurt, mint, lemon juice, salt and olive oil, and serve.
