  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp milled flax seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp dragonfruit powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanila essence

Instructions

1. Stir the milled flaxseeds, dragonfruit powder, vanilla essence and cacao nibs into the yoghurt.

2. Sprinkle with walnuts and berries and serve.

Notes

This bowl packs a serving of 15.2g of protein, which will keep your blood sugar levels stable and keeps you satiated for longer. Walnuts and flax seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids, which support the nervous system, protect the eye and cardiovascular system, and helps reduce inflammation in the body. The bright pink colour comes from dragonfruit powder, which is high in flavonoids and betacyanin, which, along with the flavanoids in the berries, have antioxidant properties that help reduce the premature ageing of cells.
