
Seed and Dry Fruit Muesli
A delicious and simple recipe to make seed & dry fruit muesli
Ingredients
- 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) raw sunflower seeds
- 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) raw pumpkin seeds
- 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) milled flax seeds
- 100g (3.5 oz or 1.5 cups) dried apricots
Instructions
1. Roughly chop the apricots and mix all the ingredients, and store in an air-tight container.
Notes
This is a super nutritious low-carb, high-protein, gluten-free alternative to normal muesli, which is packed full of beneficial fatty acids.
