A delicious and nutritious breakfast bowl that is packed with antioxidants from the blueberries and dragon fruit powder.

Ingredients

  • 150g (5.3oz or 2/3 cup) Greek yoghurt / plant-based alternative
  • 80g (3.5oz or 3/4 cup) blueberries
  • 2 tsp dragon fruit powder
  • 30g (1oz or 1/4 cup) low-carb granola mix (see recipe below)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients with the low-carb granola mix and enjoy.

Notes

Dragon fruit contains betalains and other antioxidants and vitamins which help protect against cancer, microbes, heart disease, and they are high in vitamin c, potassium omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Try to include the powder in smoothies and breakfast bowls for extra taste, nutrition and goodness.
