
Tahini & Pomegranate Breakfast Bowl
A delicious breakfast bowl made with with tahini and fresh pomegranate seeds, making it a nutritious start to your day.
Ingredients
- 150g (5.3oz or 2/3 cup) Greek yoghurt
- 80g (2.8oz or 1/2 cup) pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Stir the tahini into the yoghurt, then top with pomegranate and sesame seeds.

This is a delicious breakfast bow that is packed with protein and healthy fats, vitamin A, C & minerals such as calcium & magnesium. Pomegranate seeds are rich in antioxidants that support the cardiovascular system, help maintain a healthy blood sugar level and gut lining.
