Roast Broccoli with a Parmesan Crust

A delicious, healthy, easy and crispy roast broccoli recipe that is perfect as a side.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 30g (1 oz) of grated parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C/ 392F fan setting
  2. Place the florets in an oven dish, pour over the olive oil and lemon juice, stir and coat well, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then roast for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, and adding the parmesan in the last 5 minutes.
