A delicious, easy, fresh and healthy asian slaw recipe that can be enjoyed with a serving of protein to be had as lunch or as a side salad.
Ingredients
- 300g (2 cups) sliced pointed cabbage
- 2 large spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and serve.
Notes
This is such an easy recipe to make, that is full of fresh flavours. cabbage is very beneficial for hormone detoxification and is packed with nutrients, such as glutamine, that helps heal permeable gut syndrome (leaky gut).
