Is it really free?

Yes. The 7-day program is completely free. This gives you the opportunity to trial the plan and then progress to the full 28-day program.

Do I have to continue with the 28-day plan?
No. The 7 days stand alone. The 28-day option is available if you want to continue.

Is this a keto diet or low carb?
This is considered a moderate low-carb cycling meal plan — i.e. anything <130 g net carbs per day focussing on healthy carbohydrates such as sourdough bread or legume pasta and alternating higher and lower carbs during the week, which makes it more sustainable long-term to help lose weight, balance blood-sugar and cortisol levels.

How do I access the plan?

Will I receive any support?
The meal plan comes with an instruction video to help you manage the software. You may contact me anytime through my contacts page, however if you are struggling to follow the meal plan or lose weight, I do suggest scheduling a formal nutritional consultation to ascertain what may be hindering you to reach your goals and consider health coaching sessions to create new habits, have accountability & to help motivate you.
