
Roast Broccoli with a Parmesan Crust

A delicious, healthy, easy and crispy roast broccoli recipe that is perfect as a side.
Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 30g (1 oz) of grated parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C/ 392F fan setting
- Place the florets in an oven dish, pour over the olive oil and lemon juice, stir and coat well, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then roast for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, and adding the parmesan in the last 5 minutes.
