A delicious, low-carb, vegan cauliflower mash.
Ingredients
- 1 large head of organic cauliflower florets
- 100g (3.5oz/ 1/3 cup) almond milk (see recipe below)
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) boiling water
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Boil the cauliflower for 7 minutes, drain and blend with the other ingredients including the almond milk into a smooth consistency.
