A delicious, low-carb, vegan cauliflower mash.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of organic cauliflower florets
  • 100g (3.5oz/ 1/3 cup) almond milk (see recipe below)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower for 7 minutes, drain and blend with the other ingredients including the almond milk into a smooth consistency.
