Easy to mix, low-carb granola mix, that is packed with protein, healthy fats, low in sugar and high in fibre that will keep you satisfied until lunchtime.
Ingredients
- 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) raw sunflower seeds
- 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) raw pumpkin seeds
- 100g (3.5oz or 2/3 cup) milled flax seeds
- 100g (3.5 oz or 1 cups) dried apricots
- 100g (3.5 oz or 1 cups) Eat Natural granola
Instructions
1. Chop the apricots, then mix all the ingredients together and seal in an airtight container.
Notes
Try to source organic ingredients where possible. Traditionally, granola can be high in sugar, so I've created a healthier, low-carb version for you to enjoy, which is very easy to prepare.
