
Mint Yoghurt/ Tzatziki

A fresh and delicious mint Yoghurt Sauce perfect to pair with Moroccan or Greek dishes
Ingredients
- 200g (7oz or 3/4 cup) Greek yoghurt
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 tsp Celtic salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and set aside for 10 minutes
- Finely chop the mint
- In a bowl combine the yoghurt, mint, lemon juice, salt and olive oil, and serve.
