This is a super easy, tasty, fresh and healthy recipe for Guacamole, perfect for Mexican cuisine such as nachos or tortillas.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 limes
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash the avocados, finely chop the coriander leaves, squeeze out the lime juice and then mix the rest of the ingredients together and serve.
