A delicious, fresh, crunchy and healthy Greek coleslaw made with sesame oil and Kalamata olives.
Ingredients
- 360g (12.7 oz or 5 cups) pointed cabbage, thinly sliced
- 16 Kalamata olives, pitted
- 4 tbsp extra virgin sesame oil
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
Combine the oil and vinegar together, stir well, then pour over the cabbage and top with olives. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Serve with Greek dishes.
