A delicious, satisfying and healthier alternative to traditional mash recipes as it contains less calories, less carbs, and is more nutritious, suitable for keto, low-carb, blood-sugar-friendly or low-calorie diets

Ingredients

  • 1 large head (800g/ 1.8 lb) organic cauliflower florets
  • 100g (3.5oz or ⅓ cup) boiling water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 75g (2.7 oz) parmesan, cut into blocks
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower for 7 minutes, drain and blend with the other ingredients into a smooth consistency.
