Enjoy a healthy and nutritious version of our Waldorf salad, packed with vegetables and walnuts, which are high in protein and omega 3, ideal for weight-loss.
Ingredients
- 400g (14.10z / 3 cups) organic, sliced red cabbage
- 100g (3.5 oz or 1 cup) halved walnuts
- 1 sliced red apple
- 75g (2.6oz or ⅓ cup) Mayonnaise
- 50g (1.8oz or ¼ cup) Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 sliced celery stalk
Instructions
- Mix the mayo, apple cider vinegar and yoghurt together
- Place all the other ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with the mayo/yoghurt dressing stir well.
- Optional, you can add a can of tuna to be able to enjoy this is a lunch.
Notes
This is a delicious, creamy and crunchy and healthier alternative to the traditional Waldorf salad, which can be enjoyed on its own or as a side dish.
