A delicious and healthy Moroccan tahini yoghurt dressing, perfect to accompany as a side dish, dipping sauce or dressing.

Ingredients

  • 150g (5.3oz or 2/3 cup) Greek yoghurt
  • 10g (0.6oz) lemon juice or juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • A dash of Celtic salt
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 40g (2 tbsp) water
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve
