A delicious and healthy Moroccan tahini yoghurt dressing, perfect to accompany as a side dish, dipping sauce or dressing.
Ingredients
- 150g (5.3oz or 2/3 cup) Greek yoghurt
- 10g (0.6oz) lemon juice or juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- A dash of Celtic salt
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 40g (2 tbsp) water
- 1 clove garlic

- Mix all the ingredients together and serve
