A delicious, quick and easy, fresh tasting salsa recipe that can be paired with fajitas, tortillas or nachos.
Ingredients
- 300g (10.6oz or 2 cups) cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 limes
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Celtic salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and set aside for 10 minutes
- Finely chop onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and add to a bowl
- Squeeze the limes, add the olive oil, garlic, cumin, chilli, salt, agave and pepper to the tomato & onion mix and stir wellI and serve
- If you prefer a spicier salsa, you can add more chilli as needed
