Ingredients
- 500g (17.6oz/ 4 cups) Brussel sprouts
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/ 390F fan
- Cut the stems off the bottom of the sprouts (the can be bitter and hard)
- Arrange in an oven dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, roast for 25 minutes.
