Creamy Celeriac Mash

Ingredients
- 1 large head (800g/ 1.8 lb) celeriac root bulb, peeled
- 150g (5.3oz or ⅔ cup) boiling water
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 75g (2.7 oz) parmesan, cut into blocks
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- Boil the celeriac root for 20 minutes, drain and blend with the other ingredients into a smooth consistency.
