A delicious, healthy, nutrient-packed and protein-packed smoothie that helps to balance hormones and blood-sugar.
Ingredients
- 60g (2.1oz or ⅓ cup) almonds
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 180g (6.35oz 1 ¼ cup)) blueberries
- 2 tbsp vegan protein powder
- 45g (1.6oz or ½ cup) broccoli spouts
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blend well and serve.
