A delicious, healthy, nutrient-packed and protein-packed smoothie that helps to balance hormones and blood-sugar.

Ingredients

  • 60g (2.1oz or ⅓ cup) almonds
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 180g (6.35oz 1 ¼ cup)) blueberries
  • 2 tbsp vegan protein powder
  • 45g (1.6oz or ½ cup) broccoli spouts

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blend well and serve.

Notes

This is a delicious hormone-balancing smoothie that will help to regulate blood-sugar and cortisol levels and improve happy hormones.
